That principle, passed down from Korry Johnson’s grandfather, became the foundation of his character and ultimately, his business.

Korry and his wife are the founders and owners of Authentic Automotive. Together with their family, they run the shop with the same hands-on approach and commitment to quality that shaped Korry’s career. Their passion for helping people is at the heart of everything they do. Korry began his career in the demanding world of heavy diesel and industrial equipment. Over the years, he has worked on everything from the world’s largest mining and drilling machines to marine engines, passenger vehicles, and small homeowner equipment covering virtually everything on and off the highway.

His expertise spans Asian, European and American markets, across imports and domestic vehicles. As a field service mechanic, he traveled the country solving problems others couldn’t. Whether crafting a custom, on-the-spot solution or completing a multi-million-dollar rebuild with precision, Korry became known for one thing: Doing it right the first time.

With over 20 years of experience and a reputation for integrity, Korry and his wife launched Authentic Automotive a place where deep experience meets genuine care, and every vehicle is treated like it’s their own.
